Rules for Zoning
- The purpose of the building / zoning certificate is to ensure compatibility with building / zoning Code.
- Therefore, no building, structure, premises, land, or part thereof shall be erected, moved, added to, structurally altered, established, changed, converted, or enlarged either in whole or in part until a zoning / building certificate is issued by the City Zoning inspector.
- City Code # 152.10 and 157.021A of the City of Logan Code of Ordinances will apply.
